“Just finished my first sales dinner in Austin and had a great time. One of my connections intro'd me to an account decision maker we have been trying to work with for the last year. I have also made plans to meet again with two other people.”
About dinnerHQ
I'm Daniel, founder of dinnerHQ.
I've spent years around events, conferences, and trade shows. I kept coming back to the same thing: you can have the right people in the room and still end up with the wrong kind of interaction.
The interactions people remember usually happen over dinner. People stay longer. They listen. They open up. A table gives you time to get past the usual intro and actually talk.
Behind dinnerHQ, we use technology to help match people, learn what kinds of rooms work, and make these dinners possible across cities. So far, we've connected more than 2,000 people over dinner. And this is just the start.

Dinners hosted
Curated tables that brought the right people together
Attendees at these companies have already joined us at the dinner table
The problem isn't that people don't want to connect. It's that most formats make real connection harder than it should be.
We built dinnerHQ around a different bet: fewer people, better curation, better conversations.
Not this
Crowded mixers, panels, and rushed intros
More like this
One table, the right people, and enough time to talk
How it works
You sign up, we curate the room, and we send the details once your seat is confirmed.
Create your profile and tell us which themed dinners fit your background, goals, and city.
We review background, company, seniority, and audience fit, then confirm the mix that makes sense for that dinner.
If your seat is confirmed, we send the restaurant details about 24 hours before and you join the table.
What dinnerHQ is today
We bring together founders, operators, executives, sponsors, and other high-signal people for dinners that feel warm, intentional, and worth showing up for.
Cities
Around the table
Every seat is a verified founder, operator, or leader. Here is what they said after dinner.
“Just finished my first sales dinner in Austin and had a great time. One of my connections intro'd me to an account decision maker we have been trying to work with for the last year. I have also made plans to meet again with two other people.”
“It was a great group of people.”
“This was my second dinnerHQ. Another fantastic event! It didn't feel like 'typical' networking; no one was there to sell or promote. We simply engaged as people, leading to more meaningful connections and a real understanding of one another.”
“Almost skipped it but glad I didn't. Met someone who'd solved exactly what I was stuck on, and she introduced me to two companies we're now closing real deals with. Already blocked my calendar for the next one.”
“This is THE BEST meeting I have had so far! I think I have found the mentors I've been looking for. So excited for this journey, and this is all because of you, Daniel!”
“Had a great time. A table of kind, interesting people.”
“It was great meeting fellow founders.”
“Awesome! Do more of what you're doing!”
“I had a great time meeting other founders at dinnerHQ San Francisco. I run a RevOps agency and got incredible advice and real-time insights into what founders in SF are working on. I will definitely attend again.”
Looking ahead
I want dinnerHQ to become the kind of network people genuinely trust. Not because it's the biggest, but because the experience stays thoughtful as it grows.
The ambition is simple: build a global community around real dinners and real relationships.
See you at dinner,
Daniel
