Every seat is a verified founder, operator, or leader. Here is what they said after dinner.
“Just finished my first sales dinner in Austin and had a great time. One of my connections intro'd me to an account decision maker we have been trying to work with for the last year. I have also made plans to meet again with two other people.”
“It was a great group of people.”
“This was my second dinnerHQ. Another fantastic event! It didn't feel like 'typical' networking; no one was there to sell or promote. We simply engaged as people, leading to more meaningful connections and a real understanding of one another.”
“Almost skipped it but glad I didn't. Met someone who'd solved exactly what I was stuck on, and she introduced me to two companies we're now closing real deals with. Already blocked my calendar for the next one.”
“This is THE BEST meeting I have had so far! I think I have found the mentors I've been looking for. So excited for this journey, and this is all because of you, Daniel!”
“Had a great time. A table of kind, interesting people.”
“It was great meeting fellow founders.”
“Awesome! Do more of what you're doing!”
“I had a great time meeting other founders at dinnerHQ San Francisco. I run a RevOps agency and got incredible advice and real-time insights into what founders in SF are working on. I will definitely attend again.”
Before you book a demo, here is what most sponsors want to know about pricing, vetting, what is included, and how we measure it.
Sponsorships start at $2,500 per dinner. Final pricing depends on the city, theme, and how curated the room is. We share exact numbers on the call once we know which dinners fit your ICP.
We build the room around your ICP before we confirm you. You see the guest list, titles, and companies before the dinner happens. If the match isn't right, we don't take your money.
Every seat is manually verified before we confirm it. We check the work email, LinkedIn profile, current title, and past companies, and we note their education from LinkedIn. If those signals do not line up, the seat does not get approved.
A small, curated table of confirmed buyers matched to your ICP (typically 6 to 8 RSVPs), all curation and matching, the restaurant booking, the hosted dinner, and a post-dinner report with every attendee’s contact and what they told us they care about. Meal and beverage costs on the night are covered directly by the sponsor at the restaurant, so attendees experience a fully hosted dinner.
You get every attendee’s name, title, company, and email by the next morning. Most sponsors book 3 to 5 follow-up meetings in the week after a dinner. If you share your CRM, we track pipeline with you.
One sponsor per dinner, so you get the whole table to yourself. On the attendee side, we share the guest list before the dinner, and you can flag anyone who feels too close to a direct competitor so we can swap them.
Show up. We handle invites, venue, agenda, and reminders. You pick the dinner and approve the curated guest list, then spend two hours at the table. That is it.
Let us know at least 7 days before the dinner and we move your sponsorship to the next matching event at no cost. Inside 7 days we work with you case by case.
